It's always a fun time to bring aerial yoga to a brand new studio. What's even more fun is to bring teacher training to an already established aerial yoga studio! I'll be back at Dancing Dogs Yoga October 5-7, 2018 offering Aerial Vinyasa Teacher Training - this training creates a bridge between traditional floor vinyasa and aerial yoga. This training is the glue that sticks it all together.
